I was with them for 20yrs. They provide the help that you would expect from a plumber when you need your drywall fixed. Your $ is better off in a jar on your front porch.

The entire staff at MHFCU is amazing. Serene at the shiloh branch is such an amazing person. You need anything...from planning a trip 😉 to getting your finances right, go see her or any of them.

Employee at 27th was VERY rude and repeated my SS number loudly 6 times for all to hear. Rude, unprofessional, and serious security risk. I have been a long-term member at the original location and got good service. The problem is clearly with this new location and it's employees. I hope they get it straightened out.

The absolute worst and difficult credit union to work with. Do yourself and favor and bank/lend from literally any other bank. I'm so disappointed in their communication (or lack there of)
