Wells Fargo Bank

Siempre me atienden bien en este banco, aun sin tener cita programada. De hecho fue el unico banco de Wells fargo y otras instituciones bancarias que me abrio las puertas para crearme una cuenta de cheques, al estar yo recien llegado a este pais. Por lo que al dia de hoy continuo con Wells Fargo y solo voy a este banco, porque en las demas ubicaciones la atencion es pesima, de mala educacion, no brindan ayuda a los hispano-hablantes. Pero este banco merece mas que 5 estrellas y lo recomiendo totalmente.

My mother and I needed to pop in to get some trust work done today and William greeted us. He was personable, professional and a breath of fresh air in a sea of stuffy bank types (we had gone to 3 previous banks earlier in the day). He was a pleasure to deal with and it was a good experience.

They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had an appointment and they took care of everything I needed right when I arrived. I was very pleased.

Wells Fargo has gone downhill. Got charged 2 NSF fees EVEN though I transferred money from another account to cover them my balance was 0 and 3 hours later charged 70 dollars. Wish I could leave this bank. Obviously using customer money to pay for their problems. DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ?

I stopped into this location on my lunch break to complete a couple transactions, and the customer service representative (Gianfranco) behind the counter was beyond fantastic today. Thank you very much Gianfranco for being so courteous and polite. That seems to be a rarity nowadays, so you definitely stand out above the competition.

Every time I go there everyone is nice, helpful and make me feel welcomed. Never have I ever had a bad experience at this Wells Fargo. And it's not just one worker there, all of the workers I have encounter there are very polite and friendly. I prefer this Wells Fargo than the one on the corner of University and Goldenrod.

I always have good experience in this branch. I never experience anything as those one star reviewers said. Staffs in this branch are courteous and friendly and the waiting time is minimal. I use this branch because I experienced lots of problems at another branch nearby. I actually left the other branch one day and drove to this branch and got much better service. I was a bit surprised to see this branch rated lower than the other one I have been having problems with. Go figure.
