Same day fix and return... expensive-ish, but less than I expected. I needed an entire operating system deleted and reinstalled. Also I needed a specific browser installed. When I got the laptop back it worked like a charm except for a minor glitch with the screen brightness. I returned the next working day and WHILE I WAITED, the tech guy spotted the problem and fixed it. No problems now. Both Octavio and Fernando were terrific. I used to wait days for the Geek Squad, these guys are fast, honest, and friendly.
