Mala o poca atención una vez que saben que ya no trabajas para SLB, el departamento de seguro social permite la extensión del permiso de trabajo pero para el personal de Secu no es suficiente ni siquiera para entregarme la tarjeta de debito.

Great rates for loan hence the 2 starts. Giving it only 2 stars because this bank is just so slow at everything. Have a question? It takes 2-4 business days after calling 5 times. I feel that the bank needs to modernize with todays technology. All other banks I have, everything is just catered to the customer and everything is just quick. This bank can be so much more with a big update and training of staff with just simple questions. I want to like this bank! Please fix it! All the people i have spoke to that work in this bank are nice people but they never have answer to simple questions.

Ancient times bank. Not up to date with electronic banking. Your money is a fight to access. 10 day wait until you get your new debit card (forbidden to use YOUR money until then). Direct deposit hits slowly. Pending transactions/deposit cannot be seen from their end (until it post). Communication with the bankers and 1-800 number is horrible, miscommunications are very common. You have to call back to back to get one task fully complete such as ordering a new card or changing your information (it literally takes days of calling or going in to do this). Normally I don’t leave reviews but truly an overwhelming experience stuck with them for an auto loan. Do not bank here if you appreciate on convenience.

There are no words to describe the lack of support from this union. Many obstacles/excuses to provide a service.
There is still a good capability that keep my interest to maintain this account, that is the SECU system possibility to link your family accounts but as soon as you interact with the humans, you return to poor reality.

Like the other member said "If you really know the specifics of this bank" you will understand why things are the way they are, not saying people are not held accountable. To my understanding all employees' dealings is at the main location off Industrial BLVD, that's taking care of all SLB employees. Now, they are a part of the CO-OP shared branch network but that's just for basic banking services. Thats a lot on one main branch and for the employees that work at the counter and especially answering the phone, they are going to feel some type of way after a while of getting yelled at, talked bad too, and drained from conversation all day. I have not had a bad experience and not saying I will not, but I will speak my piece and try to have patience. Thats all.
