Very helpful. I had an issue with my account over the weekend and got to the bank too late. Jas (not sure how that is spelled) let me do a withdrawal because she happened to be sitting there when she did not have to as she could tell I was upset. That was not an easy time, and the experience getting a nee card was as easy it could be as well. Thanks Empower. - Customer since 2013

They only get one star as I cannot give 0 stars, which is what they deserve. My advice...do NOT bank with Empower. Three times they have taken money from my account with no notification, without reason. They have also misapplied payments made on loans but still charge you for interest as if it were a missed payment. Employees do not listen to you when you explain something and just seem to do their own thing. Everything I have done with this institution has been a problem. I have since closed all my accounts, and even moved my car loan to another credit union, even though the interest rate was higher. I do still have to deal with them on my deceased mother's account. After providing them with all documentation needed, they now tell me they cannot tell me anything on that account. Please, do yourself a favor and stay away from Empower.

Was not very impressed. I went there two days in a row and both times i went to the same lane with a lady named gail working. She was rude for no reason both times i went. Dont understand what the problem was. Besides that everyone else was nice and helpful. As for gail learn to enjoy life youre a drag thanks for being rude too me both times i went there

Do not get a secured card. They are suppose to help you build credit. In fact they have a very high interest rate to use your own money. Empower is just another bank what bank is actually a credit union?

Great Bank hassle free loan approve in minutes. Vacation and Christmas fund are awesome. Very nice staff who know you by name.

I have never dealt with such rude people at a bank as I have with this specific location. This has happened more than once with more than one employee. I hate coming here.
