My Father, at the time.. a Southern Bell Employee… Bob “Rat” Thompson joined me in 1961 when I was 10 years old…I have been a member for 63 years now!! I am a life long member with Telco Federal Credit Union and couldn’t begin to tell you just how many personal loans, car loans, motorcycle loans, and my home mortgage loan was through Telco Credit Union. They have always done me right and accommodated my needs through the years! I joined all my children when they were born and now are grown adults who enjoy being members and doing business with Telco!
My grandchildren are members now too! Thank you Telco!

I recently joined this credit union on my son’s recommendation. I’ve been a member of two other credit unions for years now, and have never been pleased with either of those. I can honestly say that my experience with Carolinas Telco FCU has been a game changer! I acquired a used car loan through the Crisman Street location and received outstanding customer service. It was a rather complicated transaction since I was buying a used vehicle from an individual and the vehicle still had a lien on it. Despite that, my loan was handled quickly and competently by the credit union representative. She responded quickly and efficiently to my MANY questions and I’m thrilled with the spectacular loan rate I received. Honestly, this is the best credit union of which I have ever been a member and I can’t recommend them highly enough! If I could, I would give ten stars to both the Crisman Street location and Ms. Helms!
