I got the the big/little feed in ponytail and it is fantastic! It only took about 2 hours! The salon was neat and clean. The service was impeccable. I'm definitely going back. (This is my third visit)

My hair looks great and its what I asked for. The salon was clean, I didn't have to wait long after my appointment time for them to get started, they were friendly, I could conveniently pay with my card, and I was in and out at the expected service time. The only concern I have is how tight my braids are. I'm hoping the pain subsides otherwise I may have to take these out. Its the next day and my scalp is still throbbing from how tight the braids are. I know I'm tender headed so I thought maybe that's why the pulling hurt during the service but these braids are tighter than they need to be. If I return and notice its being braided tightly I now know to ask them to braid more loosely.

Zara Hair Braiding is an excellent salon! My hair is very fragile and I’ve had issues with breakage in the past, so hair health is my top priority. Routinely getting my hair done at the salon improved the thickness and integrity of my hair. Also, the styling is impeccable. I will get my hair straightened, braided or twisted depending on my mood and the style never disappoints. Every time I get my hair done, without fail, strangers stop me to compliment my hair and ask where I got it done. I’ve experimented with other salons just to see what’s out there and each time I am disappointed. I haven’t found another salon that maintains the same level of hair care and styling quality.

Tree braids are when you cornrow the hair while leaving some hair out. It is a great protective style. Ive gotten them for decades to cover my alopecia. Btw, i do not have a bad case of alopecia. Minesvcan be covered with my other hair. My Experience: I went to Zara for tree braids. I was at the salon from 2pm-9:10pm. They did not give me tree braids. THEY DID NOT COVER MY ALOPECIA. They braided in a manner that would damage my crown and hairline. I told them i dont like long or big hair. The hair is too big and too heavy for my face and alopecia. REACTION: My family and friends were shocked, not in a good way. I text Zara in Roswell Sandy Springs to share my concerns and ask them to correct. Will keep you posted on Zara response. Not Happy.

Loyal client for over 5 years and they have never failed me! I have tried other braiders because i moved from the area but now travel the 42 miles to Zara to get the best service i always experience. Braids are always neat and not tight! i am always getting compliments on my Zara braids! Great team with great vibes,awesome customer service and the salon decor is top notch! Highly recommend!

I love this salon. There are a few in the city but this one is by far the best! I am on a natural hair journey and when I started about a year ago my hair was pretty short and now it's past my shoulders. They have been helpful with advice on how to take care of my hair when it is not braided and using some of the best products when I go in for a wash and braid. Kudos to Miss Z for always doing great work and treating her clients like family!!! I will continue to go here for all of my black and beautiful needs!!! THANK YOU MISS Z
