Yesterday I left a review about the customer service I had that day, which was subpar, and today the store branch manager called and was really nice! And apologized for my experience the day before. I know they can’t help that an employee was having a bad day or was annoyed because probably a lot of people have been calling about the new update so I’m sure they’re a lil annoyed with answering the same questions. I actually really appreciated her calling and asking about what happened and she was quite nice and understanding. One interaction with one employee shouldn’t be held over their heads. I was just scared that could be the new precedent with the bank because of the update. But that doesn’t seem to be case from the interaction I had today with Maria. I appreciate her checking up and seems like she cares about the bank and her customers.

I had a wonderful experience when trying to buy a car. Everyone was so nice and helpful and I got my car with excellent payments that I could afford. I will have my vehicle paid off in one year and if I decide to trade it in and get another vehicle, I will go through the credit union again. It was an awesome experience and I am very happy with the outcome..A big shout out to Bree Browning, a wonderful loan officer who made everything understandable and stress free.

I'll be the first to admit, I'm a bit of a live wire lately. Both my parents passed recently, months apart. What grief does to a mind is surreal. So my first interactions with Oklahoma Community Credit Union were a struggle at times.

Thankfully, a supremely kind and understanding manager reached out to help with my need to access my parent's accounts.

Oklahoma Community Credit Union is a great place to help me manage my money! I opened my first account (to save money for an engagement ring) when I was in college because of the low minimums and convenient locations. I opened my second account after I started working because I had enjoyed the service I had received with my first account. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful and seem very knowledgeable. I have had great experiences with everyone at the CU that I have interacted with, which is why I feel that this place is a great representation of Stillwater!

There is certainly no shortage of convenience at Oklahoma Community Credit Union, between their online banking options, drive through tellers and ATM; not to mention their extended weekday hours and being open Saturdays makes it SO easy to conduct business or grab a few bucks to buy some lemonade from a local kids fundraiser. Their staff is unmatched from leadership to the tellers and back. Gotta give a shout out to Daniel, Maria and Hannah. You guys ROCK!!
