Agents are unreachable. Submitted my application got my credit ran, someone called Steph called me and sent a voicemail and I called them back asap and never pick up the phone and tried the following two days and nothing. I friend recommended me this place but not recommending this place at all just to get your credit ran as a hard inquiry and never contact costumer back

Great experience!
Nymeo Federal Credit Union is a great credit Union and the Gaithersburg branch staff are the best. Camellia Mobasher the branch manager is always so welcoming and provides exceptional services while being professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She is an asset to Nymeo. I highly recommend Nymeo to everyone!

I as a business owner need some immediate help and assistance sometimes, for which I have found the Nymeo FCU Gaithersburg staff is very amazing. I feel like they are family and makes us feel welcoming. The manager there like Camelia, Najia and other members like Kevin (I don remember the names of new staff) all are amazing. Do check out their merchant services for credit card terminals if you are a business owner.

I have been dealing with the IRS since May for my Stimulus payment. I have over 40 calls into the IRS with wait times of at least 45 minutes each time. I still can't get any information from them to fix where the money went. I contacted Najia Abbaszadeh at my Bank Nymeo. She saw me right away and was able to find the wrong account number were the money went. She looked into the situation and got a portion of the money back. The other account member spent the rest of the money. Najia said to give her a few days. She called me back a few days later and had the rest of the money. She has been nothing but nice and extremely helpful. She always returned calls promptly. I highly recommend Nymeo Bank.
