Ilkb gave me a better outlook on my exercise and fitness journey! Not only do you have a responsibility of showing up to a class, but you also have a coach keeping you motivated!! The bag rounds are so fun and challenging, and they benefit not only your physical health but your mental health as well! It’s been almost a year since I’ve started and I never want to leave. Even if you are a beginner, they encourage you to take your OWN pace and utilize plenty of modifiers.

I just hit a huge milestone of 100 classes since I joined last year! I started going to classes using a package with my sister and her friend. But as our package came to a close, they chose to say goodbye while I decided to take a leap and start going by myself. I got a membership, and have seen myself go from a class a week, to two, to three times a week! This team of coaches are super motivating, and love to celebrate your successes with you ❤️ the entire group of members are so welcoming and you won’t regret having us all cheer you on in your fitness journey! Come join us, your first class is free!!

Really fun workout! The instructors are very helpful, especially if you have never done kickboxing before. Non-intimidating environment. I loved taking classes with Lauren and Shayna. Would highly recommend, for people just starting to work out or that have experience with kickboxing!

I absolutely do love kickboxing! I wanted a new challenge for myself after the New Year, and I certainly found it. Great instructors! Everyone is very patient and kind. The instructors are also very understanding as they know that a lot of people are trying this for the 1st time and everyone is working at their own level. I am thoroughly enjoying this new adventure!

Coach Bailey led an awesome class this morning! No two classes are ever the same, so there is no boredom factor! Great, intense workout where the instructors work with you to modify if necessary. Any The time just flies by!

I’ve been with ILKB for about 5 months. It’s definitely worth every penny.

Everyone cheers each other on, there’s all age groups, the instructors are knowledgeable and are always pushing you past your limits. There’s a-lot of challenges and events offered.

In the time I’ve been there I’ve lost 25 pounds and feel a lot stronger/confident. I’d highly recommend anyone to try it.

This is the BEST workout I’ve ever done! I was looking for something different than gym workouts everyday and this is exactly what I needed! The trainers are so helpful and willing to teach you. The class is not intimidating and everyone learns together. It’s a great place and you should come join the fun!!

Amazing place! Love going here and building up a sweat every week. The coaches are great and really bring the energy to class. I look forward to learning new skills and building muscle every class. Definitely recommend ILKB to everyone!!!
