I’ve been with Desert Financial for 24 years. I have personal accounts and business accounts. I have a safe deposit box that I’ve had there for 20 years. I went to the branch where my safe deposit box is located on Alma school in Guadalupe and waited for 15 minutes without being acknowledged despite being seen. As a customer, I do not appreciate when I am not acknowledged by anyone or told what to expect or what to do. When I was finally acknowledged, the teller said sorry that person is at lunch. There is a sign there. You need to get in line. There were multiple other customers also there very frustrated. There were multiple people there only one was serving a person. They need to remember people come first. I immediately closed my safe deposit box account and I will consider my other account as well. A reminder every interaction makes a

Crystal was my bank teller today, she was so kind and had a wonderful smile! She took care of everything I came in for with ease and professionalism! I’ve never had a bad experience at this location! I hope Oprah walks in there and gives everyone a raise!! Thank you again Crystal you’re awesome!

Out of all the banks that i've been through this one is my least favorite. The female teller, that's a little bit older and the other ladies is proof that the world today will hire anyone.That is willing to show up because she has no business dealing with the public. She is so rude. They scheduled an appointment for me to come see Jari. I drive 2hrs to get Gabriel. He typed butt left me with the exact information I walked in with. Absolute waste of, gas, time & energy. It was absolutely pointless to even come in. Especially to be greeted by that snatch. She absolutely has no business in a public atmosphere dealing with people in a customer service position. Because servicing customers is not on her agenda or in her character. I will go to the other branch in the future.
