Since 2017, Cindy Martinez is our treasure!! Even though Del Norté has grown beyond being our neighborhood Credit Union in Los Alamos, it's retained a reassuring personal touch. Cindy is the best example of that. She's smart, professional, knowledgeable, and SO efficient. BUT, she's more than just personable... she's friendly, extremely patient (in a town of aging boomers) and always ready to help. Recently, experiencing a frustrating glitch in finalizing our car loan, Cindy interceded, noted our concern before we even knew the questions, gracefully explained the problem and solution to her co-worker, and we had our new(er) car the next day. My banking experience in the Los Alamos branch is always a pleasant experience. My interactions with Berenice are always professional and she is very knowledgeable. Always a good job well done!

I have 2 business accounts with Del Norte, and it's gone very well. I am able to accomplish my business here timely, and effectively... typically Berenice helps me with a lot of my questions and transactions, and she's super helpful. She always makes the banking process easy and is able to answer questions I may have. I have also enjoyed working with Tommy on opening the accounts, he is also super helpful!

I make a unique burden for the staff at the Los Alamos branch. I run thousands of dollars in coins through their machine, and for all the possible inconvenience I give them, they're always willing to help. Josh is just a hands down, great guy. And Bernice is always friendly and knowledgeable. I've never needed a loan, CD, or mortgage yet, but from my everyday dealings with this branch and it's staff, I wouldn't hesitate to go to them first if I needed anything more.

Joshua always greets everyone with a smile and creates a comfortable space. He referred us to Ever recently, who helped get us through a very complicated purchase of a new home quickly! Miles and Michelle are really friendly for regular banking needs. I look forward to seeing all these people when I'm doing errands

Nothing but awesome things to say about Del Norte Credit Union. My husband and I have been working on a home improvement loan for a couple of weeks now, turns out title company was not ready to close.. Amanda George (Mandi), Ever Acosta & Andres Valdez went way above and beyond to work with us and offer other loan options...Turnaround was super quick, less then 8 hrs. and we were granted a loan and $'s were posted to our account. :) We have been members for over 25+ years and we will continue another 50+ years. :) Happy Banking!!
