Great customer service through a troubling time with a fraud case. Handled so much so I could try to get my life back to normal. Amere was friendly, courteous, and empathetic about what had occurred. His communication and concern throughout really made me feel like a member, not a number.

Very friendly and helpful. If Amere did not know the answer to my question, being new to the position, he went to someone who did. Went over everything with me and made sure I was comfortable with the transactions before I left. Great customer service

Twice this bank put a hold on my personal & business account b/c of a late credit card payment. Today I was supposed to be on the road at specific time to go out of town for my terminal ill grandmother. Prior to me picking up my rental I called CU to make sure the "fraud" protection was removed from my account b/c I haven't been able to access any of my money for 3 days straight. the hold they had on my account was never for "fraud" protection like they claimed it was over the phone. They put my account on a negative file & told me absolutely nothing & also reassured me several times i could use my card, prior to me not being able to use it for 3 days even after I called the first time. Alberto who is a resolution specialist is the most condescending & demeaning person i have ever talked to in customer service. My late credit card payment had nothing to do with my business account & furthermore should not result in them holding all my money. B/c he did this I had to spend 2 1/2 hours on the phone & in the bank to get them to release my money. A lady in the bank told my there should've never been a hold on my business account. Alberto lied saying he was legally permitted to do this & he is not per the tellers in the bank. I told this man several times I was in the middle of an emergency (which I shouldn't have to explain myself to nobody about my own money) & he flat out refused to remove the block on my account & was only concerned about when I was making another payment. I will never bank with credit union & I will be closing all my accounts & taking all necessary actions to make sure everybody involved is held accountable
