They have some incompetent employees. They are supposed to be handling a fraud complaint. I called today and was given to different bits of information. One person said the money was refunded to my account by the vendor. Another person said the money was credited to my account by Coop's credit department.

Spoke to a supervisor who stated I have to deal with the bank, not them. The bank told me Coop did everything thereafter.

Financial institutions are an absolute mess. Their employees accept "mistakes" as the norm.

BE CAREFUL! Employment scams using this company name are trying to collect your personal information.
They will offer you a Zoom interview, then only use the chat function to attempt to scam you by having you fill out employment documentation. The company is real, but the Contact of Mark Salomon is a scammer. Do not fill out any tax documents, or give personal information during the "interview". I was so excited to be offered a job here, only to find out it was a scam during the ability to work verification phase.

This company employees are terrible. A lady by the name of Paige reached out to me for an interview. She asked me to give her a time frame that was good to have my interview. Gave her the information for when I was available. Never heard from her. Then a week later she sends me an email saying the company is going to focus on a more qualified candidate. How is that I was qualified enough for Paige T. to reach out to me and schedule an interview. This woman purposely didn't give me an interview. Without an interview she said I wasn't qualified. I was more than qualified. She just wanted to hire someone that she knew.

This company's fraud detection is terrible to the point of malpractice. Zero diversity on the board and their client executive is a huge GOP donor. If you donate to any sort of liberal activist group they will constantly flag your account and shut it off at the worst possible times and force you to spend your weekends on hold to access your money again.
