So very Understanding. Kind, Compassionate! Help or not, They will handle with the greatest Care! ? Easiest Directions, Get on RT 30 Until you can't go straight anymore, Make Left on Haddon Ave, You've Arrived. Sounds long, but Not! Handicap Parking Next to Front Door on Haddon. But also another Parking Area!

About two years ago when the organization helped me with financial issues due to my apartment. It was a great blessing for me and I am truly grateful!!

I contacted this organization to get help with my electric bill. I have a shut off notice & made a payment & was able to get an extension on the shut off. I explained what I needed (only $100) & when I needed it by. I was assured I would get a return call within two days. I never got a call back, even after calling them 2 more times. I had to go to another agency & wasted over a week waiting on their call back that NEVER came.

On the 55 year with multiple sclerosis, I'm recovered from cancer surgery last year. My electricity was turned off a few months ago because I could not afford to pay the entire bill each month. It was very hot at the time. They went above and beyond my expectations. They had my electricity turned back on within 24 hours. I will be so grateful for there help forever. The caseworker that helped me she was wonderful. And the lady at the front desk was wonderful. God bless them! Thx sooo much ladies,, Suzanne
