Last August 2, I called the representative about notary? The person said, that they will notarize my form as long is not about the trust and will and something else?
I told them that I just need to do notary my registration application for my marriage only. Representative said, yes they can do notary my application form.
I get there later afternoon and waiting to be call us!
According to the manager she said, she can't do it and they don't do notary at all....
Very disappointed to my bank. I never have any problems of doing notary to my other federal credit union bank (Wisconsin). Very disappointed....

Been with them since 1989. They have never disappointed me. Can always get a real life person 24/7. If I ever have to go into the bank, Everyone at NFCU is always courteous and helpful. If I happen to have a physical check, I use their services online for E-Deposit. Great Credit Union.

I've had no problems banking with them. I always use the drive thru, and they are all so very professional and pleasant. Any questions I've ever had they have helped me with. Wish they had more banks, which is my only problem.

Dont use a NFCU Card either Debit or Credit overseas if there is a problem they will be no help, asking for ridiculous eveidence get another card to use overseas maybe USAA!!
Finally NFCU shows there true colors. On a trip to Greece besides all the fees a restaurant charged us 3 times within a minute all documented all evidence that a bank could possibly need they denied the claim we are out 120 euro even though it was a travel card from NFCU disgraceful. And what's worse is the card owner works for a larger bank then NFCU and knows the compliance and regulations. The evidence shows it all. First the should of reversed the transactions with all the evidence and even showed the conversation from the restaurant.
And it happened again being overseas again in punta Cana where I was scammed thinking I was paying in pesos and it turned out they charged me an American money and I contacted nfcu and they did nothing again so don't use your cards or nfcu overseas or any other countries

Their Visa gift cards are a scam. They make them very difficult to use, and even if you jump through their online registration hoops, many payment terminals will not accept the cards, or a portion of the amount is left on the card. Then cards lose $5 per month after a year of inactivity...which can happen because they are so difficult to use. The phone help regarding this is not friendly. These cards should not be bought or sold.

Absolute worst. Especially online banking or mobile app,which will randomly decide not to accept your info, leading to an hour and a half on the phone to first get through to a human being then prove who you are, then you have to change everything again. Same thing if you lose your phone or break it and have to get a new device. It's ridiculous. The AI can't understand the yes or no answers it asks for. It's the most frustrating system in the world.

Been standing in line 20 minutes… contemplating on leaving… the lobby is full.. and just one teller… 3 people walked out of line… not a manger in sight.. maybe time to look into another bank…

I have been banking with them since 2018. They were the only ones who would give me a loan to start my business. My credit score was 740 and I was making 80k a year and had been a customer with Wells Fargo for 8 years at the time and they wouldn’t give me a loan to save my life. Now that I’ve got my business running they are my primary account. I only have one complaint, sometimes they would take the money for the loan from my account days before the due date and sometimes I’d pay on the due date (on a business day) and they’d take the money out again the next day because it hadn’t registered in their system yet. Other than that it’s only been pleasant experiences and customer service are always really helpful and friendly.

If they can have a system that updated in a more timely manner then I’d rate 5 stars.
