I went to the Sycamore View location to speak to some one about an issue with my Debit Card. I was quite pleased with way Ms.Jasmine the Ast Branch Manager resolved the issue. She problem solver. This is one the few reasons why I’m still a member .

I've been a member of SCFCU for 13 years and within the last year have seen a significant decline in customer service and responsiveness. No one wants to answer the phones; I went to the Poplar location only to be met with a sign stating that the lobby was closed, yet there were multiple people inside doing nothing. I wanted to do a wire transaction and the response was "can you come back tomorrow". Really Is that how you treat a customer who has invested with you for over 13 years? That same person I left a voicemail to see about getting a loan and she said, "Oh, you're the person who called and left me a message." (She never returned my call WEEKS before.)

When I moved my accounts to SCFCU years ago, they had top-notch customer service, people were friendly, and they truly cared about their members. Now there is no benefit to my being with them over a traditional bank. Nothing but aggravation lately. I'm going to move my accounts elsewhere to a bank that actually wants to take care of my business. I'm done with SCFCU.

I have been a customer of this bank for 16 years and have seen a significant decline in customer service and overall banking services. Despite my efforts to reach out, I have been met with lengthy hold times and a lack of support. As a result, I have decided to take my business elsewhere and would only consider returning if there are significant improvements made to their customer service and phone support.
