Opened my account a few months with someone named Lele she was amazing! She went above and beyond to tell me about the credit Union. Helped me with online banking and even gave me her business card. I am very pleased with her customer service! I will recommend Colorado Credit Union to everyone after the experience I had!

After many years as a White Crown and DMCU Member, I an thrilled with the new Colorado Credit Union and my experiences at the Lincoln Branch are always positive and enjoyable! Jerry does an excellent job leading the teller team and helping me with larger transaction proccesses, and I am always treated very well by the entire staff! Mona has always helped with loan needs, and while I miss seeing her, I know Jamie is behingd the scenes supporting the operation. I could not more highly reccomend this organization and this branch!

I was in the Lincoln branch today, 9/29 and had the most amazing young lady Lele Pope, was her name, help me solve all of my account issues. Lele Pope was very pleasant and took the time to explain a CD promo that was being offered. She informed me so well that I actually left the branch with my first CD. High-five to this special young lady. Thank you Lele!

If I could give them a zero I would. Never really used this account until recently (had about 10 years) and planned on putting my inheritance in this bank next week but my advice take your money somewhere else! They charged me a fee for a card that I never used and asked to have it reversed (haven’t needed a fee reversed in 2 years). Teller said the manager would get back to me and that never happened. Called and said I never heard from the manager and the teller Lizzie said oh I’m sorry and that was all she said. I used to be a banker and I never just dismissed someone. Definitely not the bank I thought it was.

My bank for a few years! Jerry and his staff are friendly and efficient, not usually busy so it has a local vibe in a centralized location.
