I've been a member for over twenty years. I always found this to be a great place to hold an account to do my banking. Unfortunately with the recent retirement of many of their finest tellers, it has gone downhill. They have some decent tellers, but not all are helpful which is frustrating. In addition, getting through on the phone is beyond impossible. They generally used to answer after a dozen or so rings. Now it just rings & rings close to an hour. Ridiculous. Maybe this is a period of adjustment or some sort of rough patch they're going through. I'm just hoping they get better organized soon or I may need to look elsewhere to conduct my business.

So instead of making this easy on the customer, they make it very difficult. Who in the right mind was to walk around with $500 in a rubber band. And when I go back to get them recounted and put in the band, they told me they can’t do it but as a common courtesy, they will give me the papers I can do it myself they wonder why they have such bad reviews

Trying to sell my car and need a 10 day payoff letter for my loan and nobody calls you back unless you hound them for days! Terrible customer service I've been a member for over 10 years now and it never been this bad! Pull it together and hire some more people Fd!

I tried to join this credit union, when I arrived I was the only one waiting to speaks to someone at a desk. I waited 20 minutes,, After she was done, she walked up to me (who was first) and asked what I was having done. Then proceeded to take the white man who came after me. Didn’t ask if it was ok, or if I was in a rush. Now if it was quick, I possibly would’ve waited. But after another 10 minutes of waiting, I just left.

I’m surprised a manager or corporate hasn’t seen all these horrible reviews and has tried to implement something better ! The people working here make every process beyond difficult . They are always making mistakes which in turn you will have to pay for. If you want your day to be ruined just come here and like magic your day will be ruined !! Just read all the reviews because every single person writing these reviews has a bad testimony about this place and the reviews are recent which means nothing is being done to improve things . Everyone there needs to get retrained ! They should probably call Starbucks ask what customer service training they got cause Starbucks customer service is elite compared to these people. And these people are bankers ?!?! I’m so appalled and disguised by this place and it’s both branches in Waterbury . They are the same !!

Do not recommend. Utilize other neighborhood credit unions that are more up to date and organized. You won’t be able to use your debit card anyways being that the transaction will be blocked right away. OH! And nobody answers the phone once it hits 2-3PM so you guys should change your business hours accordingly. If your desperate pick the Watertown location

Literally the worst experience with a company I've ever had. No one can tell me any information on my account when I've verified my information numerous times. When wanting to close my account no one can tell me the process of doing do. Do not recommend them at all

Rude..not nice people by any means. Put a hold on a 475 check..wow!!! They do not care about your life situations!! Awful..Alyssa manager was horrible!! There are plenty of banks out there!! Avoid this one line the plague. They never answer their phones..customer service is awful.. need some humanity training!!!
